My favorite day forever and ever.

Jess and Evan are such gems and this day was as sweet as they are. A majority of this incredible vendor team traveled out from the Bay Area to make this amazing day in Jackson Hole happen. Planner and designer, Jenni Grubba Events brought so much magic to this day.

The reception space was filled with such joyful decor, the velvet rose table clothes with all of the bold colored decor fit this summer wedding day so well. Each seat had each guest’s name printed on their menu with beautiful textured paper, each one complete with different pressed florals. Another great touch was the pink velvet couch rentals set up outside of the venue, rented locally from The White Antler.

This colorful bridal bouquet by Field and Frond might be my favorite bouquet I’ve ever seen with the violet roses tied in with so many pretty summer colors. She also filled each table with adorable bud vases. Another Teton Valley based vendor was Seven Confections who brought an amazing assortment of cakes, macarons, and pastries for the dessert table. This day kept getting better and better, the reception entertainment was the incredible Golden Bell Music, a DJ/live band hybrid that had everyone dancing all night.

Diamond Cross Ranch was the perfect location for this magical day to happen at. This week in Wyoming was stormier than usual, with on and off rain showers happening most days. The forecast for this day left us a little worried, but miraculously the rain held off until moments after the outdoor ceremony had ended. A signature moment at every Diamond Cross Ranch wedding day is the horses being released the moment you kiss at the end of the ceremony. You’re pronounced husband and wife as they run across the field behind the alter set up, a moment that certainly gave everybody present goosebumps. The ceremony was that much more incredible as we watched the storm clouds slowly roll in. The dark skies in those quick post ceremony portraits added so much extra emotion, towards the end you’ll see the wind picking up as the clouds moved closer and we ran inside for the reception to begin.

Sunset wasn’t until way later in the evening since this was peak summertime, so we make sure to head back outside towards the end of the night for extra portraits with calmer weather, and the staff at Diamond Cross brought one of their lovely horses out to hang out during portraits. That set towards the end might be some of my favorite photos ever, make sure you scroll all the way through to catch those! Despite the storm, you could still see the Great Tetons ridge line peaking through on the horizon.
